1. Non-Refundable Fees: All consultancy fees paid are Non-Refundable. Once a slot is booked, we reserve our time exclusively for you. Therefore, no refunds will be processed for cancellations initiated by the client.
2. Service Failure Clause (The Only Exception): A full refund will ONLY be initiated if we fail to deliver the service. This includes scenarios where:
- We do not call you at the scheduled time.
- We are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
3. Rescheduling: If you cannot attend the call, refunds are not applicable. However, we offer one free rescheduling opportunity if you inform us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
